Phyllis Mazzaglia

Phyllis (Mele) Mazzaglia, 86, of Manchester, NH, formerly of Lawrence, MA, passed away March 11, 2024. She was born in Lawrence, and was the daughter of the late Battista and Concetta (Moschetto) Mele.

Phyllis was raised and educated in Lawrence. She loved animals and was a professional dog groomer and owned Charman Kennels in Methuen. She also owned many racehorses and was a member of the Merrimack Valley Kennel Club. Phyllis loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Vincent Mazzaglia, Sr.; her son, Thomas Mazzaglia; her brother, Carmen Mele; and her grandchildren, David and Dominic Mazzaglia.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Vincent Mazzaglia, Jr. and his wife Susan of Chester, NH, Barry Mazzaglia of Londonderry, NH, Brenda Mazzaglia of Loudon, NH, and David Mazzaglia of Salem, NH; her grandchildren, Barry, Jr., Joseph, and Sophia Mazzaglia, Kenneth LaRoche and his wife Kaitlyn, Phyllis Clater and her husband Michael, Chantelle and T.J. Mazzaglia. She also leaves her great-grandson, Mason.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Rte.113, Methuen, MA. Her funeral mass will be Friday, March 15, 2024, at St. Monica Church, 214 Lawrence St., Methuen at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
